It is applied to fluid food, such as juice, syrup and jam. In room temperature, the product can be kept for over one year.

Working principle

Aseptic filler is connected directly to aseptic production line, therefore product can be filled into aseptic package. The aseptic package is aluminum plastic multi-layer package, which effectively insulates sunshine and oxygen. The packages shall be put in protection box or bucket for long distance transportation.

The filling chamber of filler is aseptic. Aseptic package inlet is also sterilized. Opening, filling and sealing are all done automatically with the control of computer.

Temperature adjusting system automatically adjusts the temperature in the filling chamber. Package inlet and filling chamber are sterilized by steam spray.

Machine construction and technical parameters

Single head aseptic filler (WGJ-1)

1)        The machine provides various safety protection measures (including position control, flow control and temperature control) to prevent mechanical damage and guarantee product quality. Electromagnetic flow meter (or mass flow meter) is to control filling volume.

2)        Mirror surface welding technology can guarantee welding seam smooth and reduce remained product.

3)        Big and small worktable are equipped for different volume packaging.

4)        Product valve and filling head moving parts are protected by steam barrier. The filling chamber is sterilized by steam.

5)        PLC can carry out automatic operation of machine.
